QUETTA: A Balochistan government helicopter carrying Home Minister Sarfaraz Bugti and six other officials made an emergency landing in Quetta on Friday. According to reports, all passengers remained unhurt in the incident. The helicopter was on its way to Kalat district. However, it had to return to the provincial capital after its engine developed a technical problem.
Meanwhile, Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri expressed contentment over rescue efforts undertaken by the relevant authorities and the subsequent safe landing of the helicopter. The CM further accorded his best wishes to the provincial home minister and other officials.
