MIRPUR KHAS: The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (Hesco) has introduced a new policy to tackle power theft and line losses. The decision to this effect has been taken at a board of directors meeting. Under the policy, cash prizes would be given to those who would inform the Hesco about power theft, a spokesman for the company said on Friday. The spokesman said that citizens may inform the Hesco about power theft in their areas by sending text messages, photographs or video clips at the WhatsApp No 0340-8886106.
