MIRPUR KHAS: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that he felt hurt over the derogatory remarks of a provincial minister against a female lawmaker, as such language should not be used on the floor of the assembly. The incident occurred when MPA Imdad Pitafi made inappropriate remarks and exchange of words with MPA Nusrat Sehar Abbasi when the later put a question to the ruling party’s lawmaker. “I also feel hurt over the derogatory remarks of a provincial minister against a colleague on the floor of the assembly,” Murad said. The chief minister visited the house of PPP leader Rana Hameer Singh to condole the demise of his brother here. Murad said that the accounts of municipal and town committees were closed and the development work would start after the judgment of the commission. Soon the people of Sindh would get jobs, he told a questioner. He also said that he would soon announce a huge budget for the development of Mirpur Khas.
