ISLAMABAD: Former railways minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafique appeared before the Supreme Court (SC) in railway losses case today.
According to details, the court had summoned PML-N leader today. Rafique and his brother was arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the Paragon Housing Society case scandal on November 11.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar heared a suo motu case pertaining to monetary losses suffered by Pakistan Railways. The PML-N leader was bought to court by NAB officials and police.

On April 7, the CJP took suo motu notice of alleged Rs60 billion corruption in the Pakistan Railways and had also summoned railways minister, secretary and board members along with the audit report.
