Chinese troops land in Pakistan for joint exercise

A special forces contingent of the People Liberation Army of China Saturday arrived in Pakistan to participate in the joint military exercise ‘Warrior-VI 2018’, according to a press statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations.

The troops from Special Service Group of both the armies will participate in the three-week-long exercise.”Focus of the joint exercise is to share respective experiences in the field of counter terrorism operations and learn from each other,” the ISPR said, adding that it is sixth joint exercise of the series as part of bilateral military cooperation between the two friendly countries.
