Some parts of the motorway from Lahore to Pindi Bhatyan were closed on Saturday as dense fog continued to engulfed parts of Punjab.
The Motorway Police has advised the people to use fog lights and avoid unnecessary traveling to remain safe from any mishap.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country.
“However rain/thunderstorm with snow over hills is expected at a few places in Quetta, Zhob, DI Khan, Bannu, Kohat, Malakand divisions and Gilgit-Baltistan during evening/night.”
