Piers Morgan calls Meghan Markle a ‘ruthless social climber’

Author: Daily Times Monitor

English journalist and Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan has slammed the Duchess of Sussex Meghan, formerly Meghan Markle, apparently for marrying Prince Harry, in an article for Dailymail UK. This is the second time, in two days, that a woman has been bashed only because she married a man who fell in love with her.

Yes, we’re talking about a ruthless piece slamming newly-wed Priyanka Chopra published in The Cut, a part of the New York Magazine. The bizarre article written by a comedian-cum-editor named Mariah Smith was severely criticised for being racist, sexist and wrong on so many other levels and was later removed by the publication.

Just a day after, Meghan Markle has been called ‘self-obsessed’ and accused of ‘acting her way to the top.’ In a furious rant, Morgan has alleged that Meghan ghosted him and used him to her advantage.

While describing their first meeting, he said that they had a good time at a pub for about 90 minutes from where she headed to a London club for a dinner with friends. He also claimed that she wanted to come on Good Morning Britain and sent her a series of texts thanking her and saying that she would look forward to meeting him again.  Piers further claimed that Meghan met Harry at the same dinner and cut him out of his life after she found a rather more influential person. Commenting upon the ongoing rumours of a rift between Kate Middleton and Meghan, he said that it is entirely credible as he has been previously subjected to her behaviour.

Piers Morgan ended his venomous piece by saying, “Meghan Markle is a self-obsessed professional actress who has landed the role of her life and is determined to milk it for all she’s worth.”
