The other members of the committee are Sheikh Haroon, Faisal Ameer, Muhammad Sajid, Muhammad Zafar, Naida Naqvi and Mrs Hajira.

“The committee has been assigned the task to find ways and means for the revival and development of the beautiful sport known as football,” said a spokesman.

He said the committee would also identify proper infrastructure for the game, besides putting up a comprehensive new plan for the overall development of football, spotting of new talent and its grooming.

Training of the coaches and a system to monitor all of the above mentioned activities will also be part of the plan.
