MITHI: Diplo police arrested four members of gang including two women involved in spreading fake currency notes in local market. SSP Tharparkar, Ameer Saud Magsi told reporters that Diplo police arrested four persons identified as Syed Kadim Shah his wife Shamshad Shah, a young lady Zakia Sheedi, the resident of Digri town of Mirpurkhas district and car driver Fayaz Sheedi. Maagsi further said that police chased the accused after they snatched Rs 0.9 million from Kheemchand, the trader of Islamkot on Mithi bypass road on late Wednesday. SHO Diplo Shahnawaz Khaskheli talking to the Daily Times that police recovered the looted amount and a pistol possession. “Shah is resident of Badin city was involved in looting and other crimes for past twenty yeast” he said, adding that Shah and his wife in the previous crimes also used young ladies. The SHO said that two FIRs on the behalf of state had been registered against the arrested accused under sections of 23 A and 353 and 324 on the complaint of ASI Uner Singh. While, an FIR was registered at Mithi police station on the complaint of Girdhari Lal, the brother of Khemchand. The accused were produced in a court in Mith from there they handed over to police for the police custody.
