Moonis Elahi likely to become federal minister

The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government has decided to allot one more ministry to the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q).

The ruling party is set to appoint Moonis Elahi, son of Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, as federal minister for industries.

In this regard, Moonis has already held meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen.

It is pertinent to mention here that Moonis Elahi became the Member of National Assembly after winning seat during by-poll in NA-69 constituency.
