Sir: It is very sad that a large number of youths in Pakistan are using drugs and narcotics. Youngster are seen smoking out sides their homes, colleges and universities. It is an alarming sign.
The government should ensure laws implementation and seller must be dealt with iron hands. Concerned authorities have to take part in it and resolve it soon as possible.
