LAHORE: An inaugural ceremony for Shalamar Radiology Centre (SMC) was held at the Shalamar Medical and Dental College on Saturday.
Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences Chief Executive Brig (r) Anis Ahmed said that the centre was constructed with a total outlay of Rs 30 million. He said that the MRI machine, CT scan, fluoroscopy, digital X-ray and doppler ultrasound facilities were also available for patients in the newly constructed radiology centre.
Shalamar Radiology Centre Director Dr Zaheer Anjum Sherazi shed light on objectives and facilities being provided at the centre. On this occasion, general manager business development, Dr. Irfan Ali Syed gave a brief introduction about the institute and its constituents.
Shalamar Medical and Dental College Principal Prof. Zahid Bashir and other faculty members were also present. After the briefing, a detailed visit to the radiology centre was also organised.
