A C-130 aircraft of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Friday made emergency landing at the Nur Khan Airbase in Rawalpindi.
The aircraft was on a routine training mission when it made the emergency landing. “The fire of the aircraft has been extinguished,” PAF spokesman said in a statement. “All crew members on board the aircraft are safe,” it said, adding that the air headquarters has ordered a board of inquiry to ascertain the cause of the incident.
