MCR seals 11 buildings in Rawalpindi

The Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi (MCR) under its grand anti-encroachment operation demolished an illegal construction and sealed 11 buildings in different areas of the city on Monday.

According to details, the Planning and Enforcement Wing of the Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi under the supervision of Superintendent Haji Afzal demolished the illegally constructed fifth floor of a commercial building and registered a first information report (FIR) against the owner of the building.

Moreover, the encroachment along the roadside at commercial market, Satellite town and A-Block were also removed.

While talking to the media, Haji Afzal said that the enforcement staff was conducting raids on a daily basis. He said that the clean-up operation against encroachments was underway in city areas.
