Two abducted Nigerian nationals rescued, kidnapper arrested

Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) and Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) rescued two abducted foreigners and arrested a kidnapper in the metropolis on Saturday. The AVCC and CPLC launched joint operation at Tariq Road for recovery of two kidnapped Nigerian nationals. During the operation, the abducted foreigners namely David and Patrick were rescued after minor resistance. A suspected kidnapper identified as Abdul AhadLashari was also arrested. A case was registered against the nabbed kidnapper and interrogation is underway.
