Supreme Court bans airing Indian content on Pakistani channels

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan on Saturday has imposed ban on airing Indian contents on Pakistani TV channels.

A three-member bench of Apex Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case pertaining to the airing of Indian and other countries content and programs on Pakistani television channels.

CJP Saqib Nisar also suspended the High Court decision in this regard and ordered an immediate ban on airing Indian content on tv channels.
