‘Train the Young Trainer’ programme kick-started in the metropolis

School of Leadership (SoL) kick-started its program Train the Young Trainer (TTYT) in three major cities of Pakistan; Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore.

TTYT was a seven-day customised master training program that was organised to help young leaders of tomorrow be impactful trainers and confident individuals.TTYT was attended by 64 graduates and was specifically designed for new trainers, teachers, young professionals and students.

The program was focused on honing communication skills, presentation, and facilitation techniques to maintain attention and conflict resolution. The program had been divided into seven very important modules that included: fundamentals of training, content development and training delivery, presentation and communication skills, branding your profile, practice training sessions and final presentations and evaluation.

School of Leadership’s Executive Director MaalikKhaskhely said, “TTYT is a master training program that offers limited investment with an unlimited opportunity to enable participants discover concepts, competencies and the crafts required to make learning meaningful and effective.”

“These seven days made me broaden my vision and exposed me to new perspectives. During the program, master trainers educated us on a various issues and brought their expertise to table. Thanks to the blended learning methodology used in the program, we were attentive throughout and we retained a lot of what we learnt. I would recommend this program for all youngsters because it would help them unveil their potential, develop key skills and attain exposure,” said a participant.

School of Leadership brings many programs that facilitate people in developing and growing in their respective fields.
