RAWALPINDI: Turkish Ambassador Ihsan Mustafa Yurdakul met Pakistan’s army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi today (Monday).
According Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters related to mutual interest including regional security were part of the discussion during the meeting.
In September, Turkish Foreign Minister (FO) Mevlut Cavusoglu visited Pakistan and had a meeting with General Bajwa. The meeting focused on Pak-Turkey relations, regional security between both countries.
Moreover, the Turkish foreign minister appreciated Pakistan’s contributions for conflict prevention in the region and its role for better relations.
