Renowned chef Tahir Chaudhry dies

Tahir Chaudhry, one of Pakistan’s renowned culinary experts, died on Saturday. The news was posted on Masala TV’s social media accounts. “Masala TV’s most talented and soft-hearted person chef ‘Tahir Chaudhry’ passed away. We deeply condole on his sad demise. May Allah rest his soul in eternal peace (A’ameen)” The channel was celebrating their 12th anniversary on the same day and Chaudhry was seen marking the occasion with his colleagues in videos and photographs posted by the channel. According to news reports, Chaudhry died after suffering a cardiac arrest.
