GUJRAT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) conducted a raid on Monday and arrested extortionist Noor Ur Rehman from Gujrat.
The accused was involved in receiving ransom money and had allegedly collected Rs 6 million from four persons in Gujrat.
Under the supervision of FIA Gujranwala Deputy Director Khalid Anis, FIA Gujrat Assitant Director Muhammad Sarwar, FIA Gujrat SHO Sajjad Bajwa, authorities conducted a raid and apprehended the extortionist. The accused is a resident of Mohallah Afghan Colony in Peshawar. An FIR has been registered against him.
