KARACHI: The judgement of Panama leaks will be the political game changer in the country, said Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Manzoor Wassan.

Talking to reporters after a meeting of the Price Control Committee on Wednesday, he said splinter groups of Pakistan Muslim League-Functional and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) are going to join the All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) soon. Wassan is often scoffed for sharing his ‘dreams’ with reporters.

Politicians will not take all decisions as there are some hidden forces who took decisions forcibly.

In the next general elections, the PPP and MQM will be the real opponents in the metropolis as Karachi belongs to the PPP, he added.

There is formation of a forth political alliance of opposition in the country and the PPP is not afraid of it, he indicated, adding, important decisions are likely in March and April.

He said the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional became the party of ‘mentor and disciple’. Musharraf is likely to lead the forth political alliance of the country by forming a new political party in which different splinter groups of PML-F and MQM will join soon. He said that March and April will surprise everyone.

Nawaz Sharif is protecting criminals and killers of police personnel and if he (Nawaz Sharif) protects policemen then the system will be improved, he added.
