Federal cabinet gets four more members

Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to expand the federal cabinet by inducting four new members.

Omar Ayub Khan, Ali Zaidi, Mian Muhammad Soomro and Murad Saeed have been inducted as ministers in the federal cabinet, a statement issued by the PM Office said. Omar Ayub Khan has been made minister for energy, Ali Zaidi has been given maritime affairs ministry, Mian Muhammad Soomro the privatization ministry, while portfolio of Murad Saeed would be announced later. The newly inducted ministers are likely to take oath after the swearing in of newly elected president Arif Alvi.
