Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Friday said that Pakistan Army will continue to take care of the families of the martyrs, according to a press statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The COAS spent a day with the families of army martyrs and ghazis at the Army Auditorium at GHQ. He interacted with the guests, discussed their well-being and listened to their problems. He also issued directions for resolution of their problems on immediate basis, the statement said.
Talking to them, the chief of army staff said that army and the nation cannot thank them enough for the sacrifices rendered by the martyrs. The families of the martyrs thanked the army chief for hosting an event for them.
