Sir: It is known to all and sundry that forests are the beauty of nature, which are playing a vital role in protecting animals and other living things. Beside this, it is our duty to use our available resources in a proper way and protect them for coming generations. It is demoralising that Sindh, which is a well-populated province of Pakistan, is affected by deforestation.
Unfortunately, deforestation in the coastal belt of Sindh has spread like a fatal virus, which is damaging the entire beauty and the atmosphere of the region. This act of cutting down trees in a large number along the coast of the Arabian Sea is creating a dark future for the next generation. I request the provincial government to take all possible steps for the eradication of deforestation and create more forests for the enhancement of the environment.
