Fire breaks out at cloth shop in Sheikhupura

SHEIKHUPURA: Fire broke out on Wednesday at a three storey cloth shop situated in Main Bazaar of the city on Wednesday.

The fire, which was reportedly caused by short circuit, spread very quickly engulfed the adjacent shops as well.

Rescue forces and fire brigade vehicles reached the site and, after at least two hour of struggle, brought the fire under control.

No casualties were reported in the incident, however, cloth and other valuable goods worth millions of rupees were burnt.
