BISEM sets up 480 centers for assessment

TIMERGARA: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Malakand, has established a total of 480 examination centers for grade-V assessment examination to be held in March.

Controller of Examinations Professor Jamil Ahmad informed that preparations had already been finalized for the assessment examination as per directives of secretary education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

He said a total of 75,000 students, 60,000 from the state-run schools and 15,000 from private sector schools, would appear in the examination.

“Around 300 examination centers had been set up for boy’s and180 for the girl students,” he added.

He said that 50 percent private sector schools under the board had made registration for the examination so far.
