CM Buzdar vows to make PM Imran’s vision a reality

LAHORE: Talking to a delegation of lawmakers of provincial assembly from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf at the CM office, Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar said that the vision of PM Imran Khan is the progress and development of the common man and we have to work as a team to achieve this vision.

CM insisted on going forward with the PM’s vision collectively, without wasting any time.

He said that PM Imran Khan will work round-the-clock to realise the expectations of the public and we will have to work hand in hand with PM. ”The journey for new Pakistan has started under the leadership of PM Imran Khan” said Buzdar.

He said that our priority is the development of the deprived areas and the provision of the basic facilities to every corner of the province. He said that the work on the process of the change has already started, and we will work speedily on the 100 day program of PM Imran Khan.

He said that austerity and simplicity are being promoted and the people will realize the change due to our practical steps. He said the lawmakers should work shoulder to shoulder in this journey of development.

CM also talked about making police reforms in Punjab, similar to KPK and said that in new Pakistan, the police would serve as the servant of the people. He said that a change in the attitude of the police will be brought about at any cost. A comprehensive strategy will be formulated in this regard said the CM.

He said the people of South Punjab will get their rights and solid measures will be taken to end crimes and all-out resources will be utilized to protect life and property of the people in the region.

CM also expressed his satisfaction over the arrangements for the protection of life and property of the people in the province during Eid ul Azha. He lauded the efforts of law enforcement agencies for discharging their duties efficiently.

He also expressed satisfaction over cleanliness arrangements across the province during Eidul Azha. He praised the concerning departments for excellent cleanliness arrangements in Lahore and other areas of the province. He also praised solid waste management companies and the administration, adding that they should continue working with the same spirit in the future.

Taking notice of a girl’s death in Pakpattan for not getting timely treatment, Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar directed the deputy commissioner Pakpattan to probe into the matter. He directed that the incident should be investigated from all aspects and the investigation report should be submitted by 9am tomorrow. He said that whoever found guilty of negligence, will be given strict punishment. He expressed sympathies and condolences to the family of the girl.

CM also grieved over death of three children in an accident in Raiwind and sought a report from the administration.

While speaking on the occasion, the delegation said that the election of Sardar Usman buzdar as the chief minister is the proof of the real change and he is the harbinger of the change in the deprived and poor areas.

The delegation was attended by lawmakers, Mian Muhammad Aslam Iqbal, Ahmed Shah Khaga, Mian Khalid Mehmood, Yasir Hamayun and Murad Raees.
