Police arrest two wanted accused including ‘Faisal Lamba’

KARACHI: Police on Friday have arrested two nominated accused including ‘Faisal Lamba’ during separate raids.

A man involved in various cases registered at several police stations of Karachi has been arrested by Sir Syed police.

A spokesman of Sindh Police has informed that the accused namely Bahadur Ali alias Faisal Lamba has been arrested by Sir Syed police in FIR No. 49/17 u/s 23(1) A.

The accused is involved in the various criminal cases in Karachi. Lamba is involved in the murder of a security guard and stanched the deceased pistol, in case FIR No.160/15 u/s 302/392/34 PPC P.S Gulberg. According to police he is said to be a hardened criminal, and is wanted in various cases under previous records of cases of -FIR No.160/07 u/s 13- D, in PS Bahadurabad, 108/07 u/s 302-34, in P.S Sharifabad, FIR No.121/08 Garden, FIR No. 114/14 u/s 4-5 Explosive Act AVCC, FIR No 116/14 4-5 Explosive Act AVCC, FIR No. 117/14 4-5 Explosive Act AVCC.

Police have recovered a snatched pistol and motorcycle from the accused’s possession. The police has started interrogations from him regarding other cases as well, informed SSP Investigation Central.

On other hand, PIB police raided at the hide out of culprits in Purani Sabzi Mandi and have arrested a gangster affiliated with Darwesh Group of Lyari Gang War section, SHO informed.

According to police, the accused which was identified as Muhammed Imran said to be a shooter is involved in many heinous crime cases. The accused criminal is also alleged to be involved in attacks on Law enforcement agencies.
