Hand grenade thrown on Union Council Nazim’s compound in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: A compound of a Union Council Nazim in Totalai, Buner district was targeted with a hand grenade in the early hours of Saturday.

The hand grenade blast caused the roof of the compound to collapse, and left two people trapped in the rubble.

Rescue services were underway to recover the people stuck under the debris.

Police state that a hand grenade was thrown on the compound of Totalai Union Council Nazim by unknown men and that the blast caused the roof to collapse which resulted in the two men being trapped under the rubble.
