Sir: I am a CSS candidate and have been studying in the central library of Balochistan University, but it was closed for an indefinite period. I searched in Google to find an alternate library to continue my studies, where I got a list of 47 libraries with contact numbers and addresses.
I contacted the administrations of all nearby libraries one by one, but after contacting them, I came to know that most of them were not functional. It is my request to the education minister and chief minister Balochistan to take notice of all dysfunctional libraries and make them functional.
