Indian high commissioner calls on Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Indian High commissioner to Pakistan Ajay Bisaria met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in Bani Gala on Friday.

Bisaria congratulated Imran over his party’s victory in the recently held general elections.

The two discussed regional peace and Indo-Pak relationship in this regard.

Indian Deputy High Commissioner JP Singh was also present during the meeting.

The Indian high commissioner gifted a bat, having autographs of the Indian cricket team on it, to Pakistan’s prime minister-in-waiting.

Fromer Indian cricketers Kapil Dev, Novjot Singh Sidhu, Sunil Gavaskar are invited in the oath-taking ceremony.
