PHC sends notice to Imran Khan regarding Sita White case

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has sent Imran Khan a notice regarding the Sita White case.

The Peshawar High Court heard the case on 9th August.

The petitioner’s stance is that since Imran Khan did not name his daughter Tyrian in his nomination papers, he is no longer Sadiq or Ameen and must be disqualified.

The petitioner also said that Imran Khan did not declare his wife, Bushra Bibi’s assets in his nomination papers.

Imran Khan has been ordered to submit a response regarding these allegations.
