SHC petitioned against Shamim Naqvi over ‘illegal’ construction projects

Residents of Ghulshan-e-Roomi have written a letter to the Sindh High Court chief justice against the alleged illegal construction projects of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi president and MPA-elect Firdous Shamim Naqvi, Daily Times has learnt.

In the petition submitted in the Sindh High Court, the petitioner, Dr Abdul Hameed, claimed that the projects near the Karachi airport were against the rules and regulations of the building by-laws.

Furthermore, the petition added that the Nobel builders and developers’ projects could cause negative environmental changes.

Hameed alleged in the petition that the PTI leader was a member of builder mafia.
