Sindhi nationalists hold ‘Welcome China, Go Zardari Go’ rally

HYDERBABAD: Sindh National Tehrik took out a huge rally “Welcome China,Go Zardari Go” on Sunday welcoming China Pakistan Economic Corridor and terming the recent wave of bomb blasts in country as conspiracy against CPEC. Rally was taken out from Shahbaz building to press club led by SNT chairman Ashraf Noonari and other leader of Tehrik which was also attended by a large number of women. Participants were carrying banners inscribed with slogans in favor of CPEC. Addressing the rally Noonari said with completion of CPEC projects the whole country including Sindh would made advances with avenues for more jobs for Sindhi youth. He said they welcome China as a major partner of Pakistan’s development. He lashed out at Jeay Sindh groups who were opposing CPEC calling them as agents of India. He asked media to inform people about advantages of this project. Lala Qurban Sodhar said India does not like Pakistan’s prosperity. He said Sindhi people also want to be part of CPEC so that new industrial zones are set up in the province. Najeeb Thebo said few anti people forces on behest of the enemies of Pakistan were conspiring against prosperity of Sindh but people would foil their attempts. Sindh National Nari Tehrik chairwoman Dr. Uzma Jokhyo said CPEC was very important with reference to advancement of Sindh and Pakistan.
