LARKANA: A 28-year-old hairdresser on Sunday tried to commit suicide by consuming poisonous pills in Larkana.
Reportedly, Wazir Ali Agani, a father of five children, was saved by the doctors at Chandka Medical College Hospital (CMCH).
Meanwhile, his relative Majid Ali Agani informed the media that Wazir had been under stress due to poverty, and could not feed his children.
For the last few days, his family was suffering from starvation which he could not endure, and tried to end his life.
Unemployment rate has significantly increased across the province, due to which people have been undergoing stress and depression, the leading cause of suicide.
