KU cancels 2 students’ admissions for forging papers

KARACHI: Karachi University (KU) administration has cancelled the admissions of two students on Monday due to the discovery that their documents had been forged.

KU Director Admissions Prof Dr Khalid Iraqi, notified that on verification from the examinations department, the marks sheet of Morning Program Admission 2017 students, Tayyaba Bari d/o Abdul Bari Usmani, form number 21099 from economics department, and Mehwish Riaz d/o Riazul Haq, form number 32748 from mathematics department, have been found forged/tempered.

Therefore, their admissions had been cancelled with immediate effect.
