Two injured in Sibi IED explosion

QUETTA: Two people sustained injuries in a bombing near Lehri area of Sibi District on Monday.

According to Levies’ sources, the victims were on their way home when an improvised explosive device (IED) went off. As a result, two people, Shakal Khan and Paind Khan were injured. The injured were rushed to nearby hospital. Law enforcement agencies cordoned off the entire area and started a search operation.

Separately, at least five were injured on Double Road Quetta when unidentified armed men opened fire on them after exchange of hot words between security guard of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) office and unidentified men.
