Watch your tongue, Malik warns PML-N

ISLAMABAD: PPP leader Abdul Rehman Malik on Monday said that if any political opponent would utter a single word against PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, he or she would be paid back in the same coin.

“When I will begin to speak against them, then there will be no secrecy,” Malik added.

The former interior minister said that the PML-N lawmakers could only eulogise their own government, adding that the Punjab government has surpassed everyone as the major chunk of the provincial budget is being spend on propaganda.

In the advertising campaign, the performance of Punjab government is shown but the reality is contrary to it.

He said that the purpose of the character assassination of Bilawal by PML-N is to divert the people’s attention from the real issues. The PPP has maintained its custom of not speaking even a single immoral word against its political opponents as Asif Zardari has directed them to avoid mudslinging and obscene language.

He said that the country’s prevailing situation demands a joint strategy against terrorism.
