Pakistan gets place in Youth Olympics

LAHORE: The International Weightlifting Federation has allocated a universality place to Pakistan in the Youth Olympic Games, Buenos Aires, 2018, according to a press release issued by the Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) here on Thue=rsday. The Pakistan Weightlifting Federation (PWF) will select one of its best weightlifter to forward his name to the POA. Meanwhile, POA president Lt Gen (r) Syed Arif Hasan has hailed the efforts of the President of PWF for the promotion of weightlifting in the country.
