Three transgenders injured in knife attack

PESHAWAR: Three transgender people were wounded in a knife attack by unknown assailants in the Sarband area of Peshawar. Reportedly, the area police shifted them to a hospital, where they were administered first aid. Meanwhile, the members of the transgender community stated that they had left to invite more transgender people for a private ceremony.

The Peshawar Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) ordered to lodge a case against unknown suspects, and arrest them as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, further investigation is underway.
