ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar has taken notice of the mismanagement of a private airline service due to which many Pakistani citizens are stranded in China.
The Chief Justice has issued a notice to the Secretary of Civil Opposition, the CEO of the private airline and the Minister of Overseas Pakistanis. He has ordered the formulation of a report within 12 hours and has scheduled a hearing with regard to the case on 3rd August.
The private airline’s flight from China’s city Guangzhou to Lahore has been delayed multiple times and passengers have not been provided any place of stay or comfort.
