Reportedly, their family members held a demonstration in front of Kotri press club, and claimed that the area police have been expressing unawareness about the incident.
The protesters alleged that police personnel in civvies abducted Asif Memon from Jano Para, Zahid Jhatial and his brother Shahid Jhatial from Kotri, and their brother Sajid Jhatial from Larkana.
They said that the abducted, painters by profession, had no enmity with anyone, and were not part of any organisation or political party. They further claimed that the area police had not filed an FIR regarding their abduction.
Meanwhile, the Kotri superintendent of police (SP) Sohai Aziz Talpur said that the police have no information about the incident while the investigation was underway.
