Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday said that two more independent candidates will join the party.

While speaking to media recently, PTI’s Fawad Chaudhry added that fifteen independent elected candidates have already joined.

He further said that PTI has 182 seats in the Punjab Assembly now and that it has the majority in national assembly with 165 seats.

Punjab Assembly has a total of 371 seats, while the NA has 342 including reserved seats.

According to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), PTI won 123 seats while PML-N got 129 in the Punjab Assembly.

Furthermore, it seems like Imran Khan’s PTI is in a position to form a coalition government not only in the federation but also in three provinces of the country.
