GUJRANWALA: Two brothers died on Tuesday in a road accident between a motorcycle and a police van in Eminabad, a town in the south east of Gujranwala.

Reportedly, police officers were returning back to the police station after arresting Tariq during a raid on a suspected hideout.

However, his brothers named Imtiaz and Zulifqar started chasing the police van.

Meanwhile, the van allegedly hit their motorcycle, and the motorists died on the spot.

Their heirs staged a demonstration and placed deceased’s bodies on the main road of Gujranwala, and accused police officers of killing them intentionally. They demanded higher authorities to take notice of the incident, and take a stern action against the officers.
