Shehbaz Sharif reaches Islamabad, expected to visit Nawaz in PIMS

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif reached the federal capital on Monday for many important meetings.

The federal minister Saad Rafique and the former minister of affairs Khawaja Asif are accompanying Shehbaz Sharif.

According to the sources, the former CM Punjab is scheduled to meet his brother and former PM Nawaz Sharif who was shifted from Adiala jail to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) yesterday.

On the other hand, Punjab Home Minister Shaukat Javed informed that Shehbaz is yet to seek permission to meet Nawaz in PIMS which has been declared a sub-jail as Nawaz is imprisoned on the basis of Avenfield verdict.

Reportedly, Shehbaz is also scheduled to meet Pakistan Peoples Party leaders later today.
