Institution-based practice starts at KTH

PESHAWAR: Khyber Teaching Hospital kick-off institutional based practice in the premises of the hospital with one patient being charged at Rs 600. This was said in a press release issued here on Tuesday, adding that in the private practice in the hospital senior professors and consultants were providing treatment to the patients. The press release further added that the hospital offering these services on subsides rate from the market and same is the case for other producers including major operations and minor surgeries. All the services are available under one roof. A total of 100 patients have visited IBP KTH and different surgeries as well as producers are conducted as well. State of art ICU, CCU, Operation Theaters, Pathology and Radiology services are available for the patients. Special information desks and complaint cell is introduced to facilitate the patients. Social guide men are assigned to provide information and help to the patient and its family. Special porter services are available to facilitate the patients. All the consultancy fees of the doctors and producers are listed for the guidance of people and on subsides rate from private sector.
