Five FIA officials suspended for torturing passenger

Five officials of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) including an inspector were suspended for torturing a passenger at Karachi Airport.

The action was taken against the FIA officials after FIA Sindh Zone Director Muneer Sheikh took notice of a video that was aired on media channels. The video showed FIA officials brutally torturing a young passenger inside the passenger terminal at Jinnah International Airport Karachi for arguing with them.

Inspector Muzamil Achakzai, sub-Inspector Zakir, Attaullah Memon, Kashifuddin and Hamza were suspended.
