PTI welcomes Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesman Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday welcomed the launch of a new military operation to combat the scourge of terrorism.

“It’s a very good decision. PTI welcomes it,” Chaudhry said.

Apart from the military operation, there was a need to ensure the implementation of National Action Plan (NAP) against terrorism and extremism, he maintained.Pakistan Army said it has launched “Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad.”

According to a press release issued by DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor, the operation aims at indiscriminately eliminating residual threat of terrorism, consolidating gains of operations made thus far and further ensuring security of the borders.
