“Incoming prime minister Imran Khan will ensure the supremacy of merit, transparency and across the board accountability which will be beginning of a new era of peace, progress and prosperity,” he said.
Congratulating Imran Khan, Asad Umar and Sheikh Rasheed on their victory, he said that business community had hopes that economic matters would get due importance and the genuine issue of the business community would be resolved.
Malik Sohail Hussain said that PTI should keep a distance from opportunist elements which come close to the ruling party to reap undue benefits. He said that such elements were not loyal to any party but to themselves and their negative tactics always bring a bad name to the sitting government.
“The poor and middle class have voted for Imran Khan, therefore, the government should give a chance to the mediocre to prove their abilities by serving the masses,” he demanded. Landlords, capitalists and wealthy will try to trap and trick the important personalities in the incoming government as usual thence they should be kept at a distance, he said.
He said that the ruling party should remain aloof from them as the eradication of corruption in the private institutions as important as its elimination in the government departments.
