‘US still determined to foster bilateral ties with Pakistan’

ISLAMABAD: The United States is determined to continue working with the Pakistan to foster economic ties and increase bilateral trade.

This was stated by US Ambassador to Pakistan David Hale, while talking to a delegation of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in Islamabad on Thursday.

A wide range of initiatives and potential avenues for deeper economic and trade cooperation were also discussed.

Ambassador Hale said the United States looks forward to working closely with Sialkot’s business community to develop models of economic success for application throughout Pakistan.

Sialkot Chamber President Majid Raza Bhutta called for greater collaboration in areas of trade development, education, women empowerment and intellectual property rights.
